GAT will commission scoping research into gambling and gambling addiction in Ireland. It will be conducted with Maynooth University. This research from Maynooth University will inform the Board of the gaps in current national research, effective approaches in addressing problem gambling in the community and evidence-based approaches to treatment of problem gambling in Ireland
